AI-Powered Application Developer – Associate Manager / Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking an AI‑Powered Application Developer to lead the design and delivery of modern web applications for enterprise clients. You will combine deep software engineering expertise with AI‑augmented development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and system requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Leverage AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to generate, test, and refactor code across the full stack.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain production‑grade front‑end applications using React, Angular or similar frameworks.
• Build back‑end services with Java.NET/C# and expose them via REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Deploy solutions on cloud‑native platforms (primarily GCP) and integrate with AWS or Azure where required.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and observability tooling to ensure reliable, scalable operations.

Required profile

• Strong experience building custom web applications from scratch.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex technical problems.
• Comfortable owning workstreams and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proactive in adopting AI‑augmented development practices to improve speed and quality.

Required skills

• Front‑end frameworks: React, Angular (or similar).
• Back‑end languages: Java.NET, C#.
• AI development tools: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor.
• API design: REST, GraphQL.
• Cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform, exposure to AWS or Azure.
