AI Native Full Stack Developer – Senior Manager

About the role

We are a forward‑thinking services company leading AI‑native innovation for enterprise clients. As a hands‑on AI Native Full Stack Developer – Senior Manager, you will design, build, and scale end‑to‑end AI‑native solutions, guiding teams and clients through the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complete AI‑native solutions while staying hands‑on in coding and testing.
• Define and champion AI‑native development practices, integrating AI coding assistants across design, code generation, testing, review, and deployment.
• Build production‑grade AI agents, including retrieval, orchestration, policy‑based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Own evaluation metrics for accuracy, latency, safety, and cost of agentic systems.
• Create abstraction layers across AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for flexible multi‑provider architectures.
• Ship scalable cloud‑native systems using Kubernetes, Docker, micro‑services, serverless, event‑driven patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
• Lead workshops, proofs of concept, and code‑with sessions as a trusted technical advisor.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering agentic AI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong judgment for architectural decisions in ambiguous, real‑world settings.
• Proven ability to act as a technical advisor and mentor to development teams and client stakeholders.
