AI Marketer

About the role

Durable is looking for an AI‑driven marketer who treats marketing like product development—making small bets, gathering fast feedback, and scaling what works. You will combine paid media expertise, growth‑focused CRO, and AI‑powered video creation to drive new customer acquisition for a product‑led growth (PLG) product.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok, tracking CAC, LTV and payback periods.
• Own conversion‑rate optimisation, designing and executing structured tests on onboarding flows, pricing pages, CTAs and signup forms.
• Build and run an AI‑enabled video content pipeline from brief to script, voice‑over and published video using tools such as Remotion and ElevenLabs.
• Generate creative assets at volume, automate performance analysis and create self‑sustaining workflows.
• Run experiments, analyse results, and make data‑driven decisions about budget allocation.
• Identify under‑performing initiatives, kill them quickly, and double down on successful tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing meaningful ad spend on Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Deep understanding of attribution, CAC, LTV and payback for PLG products.
• Track record of growth and CRO work in product‑led environments, with the ability to formulate hypotheses and run structured tests.
• Hands‑on experience creating AI‑driven video content at scale.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable with analytics dashboards, ad accounts and video editors.
