About the role

Join Brillian as an AI Engineer and work on greenfield AI projects that deliver real business impact. You will help clients define valuable AI solutions, design production‑ready LLM applications, and integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build production‑ready LLM applications such as copilots, internal agents, and smart interfaces.
• Create Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) setups and connect them to real business data.
• Integrate AI capabilities into legacy systems using secure, scalable middleware.
• Automate cross‑domain workflows and set up practical MLOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and reliability.
• Fine‑tune or adapt models while ensuring privacy, security, and compliance.
• Conduct AI workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable AI solutions.

Required profile

• Strong engineering instincts with a focus on quality, maintainability, and security.
• Hands‑on experience delivering AI systems in production.
