AI Enablement Specialist

About the role

ConeTec is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to shape how the company leverages artificial intelligence across its operations. Reporting to the COO, you will partner with leaders in Finance, HR, Project Management, Operations, Marketing, and field teams to translate real‑world workflows into practical AI solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Meet regularly with business leaders to identify high‑impact AI use cases such as proposal drafting, invoice processing, candidate screening, project reporting, and field data summarisation.
• Develop short business cases, prioritize opportunities, and recommend pilots, scaling plans, or deferrals.
• Lead the rollout, configuration, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI tools, embedding them into existing workflows.
• Run time‑boxed pilots, measure outcomes, iterate, and scale successful solutions.
• Travel to ConeTec offices and field sites to build context, relationships, and credibility.

Required profile

• Strong partnership mindset with the ability to understand diverse business processes.
• Hands‑on approach to building prototypes, running pilots, and delivering training.
• Comfort operating within a corporate IT framework and collaborating with central IT teams.
