About the role

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Agent to join our Canadian team, supporting the production of high‑end interiors for business and private jets as well as custom residential projects. You will ensure that purchase orders, contracts, and logistics are managed efficiently while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret purchase orders and contracts to ensure compliance.
• Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, ordering, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate logistics such as transportation and customs clearance.
• Validate supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and monitor supplier performance.
• Negotiate purchase orders and supplier agreements.
• Develop sourcing strategies, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and implement improvements.
• Assess risks, implement mitigation plans, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply priorities.
• Optimize MRP parameters to balance material availability and inventory levels.

Required profile

• Technical or commercial training (e.g., bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field – an asset).
• Minimum 3 years of aerospace experience in buying, logistics or supply‑chain functions.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with an ERP system (proAlpha is a plus).
• Resilient, organized, quality‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Bilingual in French and English.
