Ag Territory Manager – Lloydminster, North Battleford & Meadow Lake (12‑mo contract)

About the role

BASF’s Agricultural Solutions division is seeking an Ag Territory Manager for a 12‑month contract covering Lloydminster, North Battleford and Meadow Lake in north‑west Saskatchewan. You will develop and maintain relationships with retail and grower customers, driving sales growth and delivering BASF’s innovative agricultural products.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute annual and strategic territory plans aligned with national and regional objectives.
• Develop account plans for strategic customers, including short‑ and long‑term actions to respond to market dynamics.
• Generate demand with growers and retailers, coordinate with technical services, and measure customer satisfaction.
• Identify, negotiate, and close sales opportunities for BASF’s product portfolio.
• Provide market intelligence to BASF’s marketing team and align broader teams on strategic messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, chemistry, biology, business, agribusiness or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 3.5 years with an associate degree/diploma) in sales or a technical agricultural role.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, self‑manage time and resources, and achieve territory goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM systems.
