Aesthetic Sales Consultant – Laser Hair Removal

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our med‑spa team. You will introduce clients to our laser hair removal treatments and the exclusive GoLaser Guarantee, helping them feel confident and satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct consultations with warm leads provided by our marketing team.
• Explain treatment options, set realistic expectations and address client questions.
• Close sales by preparing purchase agreements and financing contracts using our in‑house system.
• Upsell additional treatment areas and manage existing client accounts.
• Handle front‑desk duties, including checking clients in and out while maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Follow company policies and protocols, including weekend and evening availability.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with high integrity.
• Motivation to learn and succeed in a sales‑driven environment.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
