Admixture Production Operator – Day Shift

About the role

The Admixture Operator works on the day shift to produce and batch Sika's liquid admixture products. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the role ensures safe, efficient plant operations and supports product delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce liquid admixture products by following formulas and procedures.
• Batch materials, operate mixers, and keep accurate production records.
• Wash and load tanker trucks for bulk shipments and complete trip sheets.
• Label and prepare pails, drums, or totes for non‑bulk orders.
• Test samples for quality control, enter data into SAP, and report non‑conformances.
• Perform equipment calibrations, operate forklifts and other plant equipment safely.
• Create and close process orders, participate in production planning, and order raw materials.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and test wastewater pH levels.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, including waste disposal and cleaning between product runs.
• Assist the Group Leader or Production Supervisor as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 1‑3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with construction materials.
• Computer literacy; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an asset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is an asset.
• Forklift certification is an asset (training provided).
• Strong communication skills.
