Administrative Processor – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

The Administrative Processor supports HOOPP’s mission to provide a financially secure retirement for Ontario healthcare workers. Working on a 12‑month contract, you will handle member record updates, outreach, and imaging tasks while ensuring legislative compliance and high‑volume transaction accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data from member‑provided forms, emails and faxes into HOOPP systems, adhering to quality standards.
• Verify document completeness; route incomplete items to appropriate queues or contact members for clarification.
• Perform imaging tasks: scan, index, batch, and upload documents; verify image quality and rescan as needed.
• Maintain imaging equipment, troubleshoot issues, and conduct daily equipment upkeep.
• Organise and index emailed or faxed documents, log cheques in spreadsheets, upload disability forms, and create profiles for unidentified members.
• Update member details and provide assistance to Plan Operations when required.

Required profile

• Ensures output meets established standards and follows defined procedures.
• Demonstrates attention to detail when handling member records and imaging tasks.
• Communicates effectively with members and Powers of Attorney to resolve data deficiencies.
