About the Position
Join serviceQ as an Administrative Assistant specializing in Warranty Services, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our service operations. You will act as a key support pillar for the warranty team, optimizing workflows and maintaining the highest standards of documentation and compliance.
Main Missions
- Manage and process service requests and warranty claims efficiently.
- Create and track work orders to ensure timely service delivery.
- Act as the first point of contact by filtering calls and managing communications.
- Maintain and update detailed reports, digital documentation, and service records.
- Oversee the management of tools, supplies, and administrative inventory.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of warranty processes and operational workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and maintain online documentation integrity.
- Support various departmental projects as assigned by management.
