Administrative Assistant – HART Hub

About the role

The Administrative Assistant will support the HART Hub Manager by handling day‑to‑day office operations for Maamwesying North Shore Community Health Services. This full‑time contract position offers the chance to work in a culturally safe health environment serving First Nation communities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clerical and communication systems, including data entry, phone handling and filing.
• Assist the HART Hub Manager in implementing office administration practices aligned with organizational policies.
• Operate office equipment and computers to support efficient workflow.
• Provide professional interaction with clients, staff and the public while upholding confidentiality.

Required profile

• High School diploma (required); post‑secondary diploma in Business or Office Administration is an asset.
• 1‑2 years of office administration experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow Centre policies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and a professional, reliable demeanor.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and clear criminal reference check.
