Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager and Finance Manager of TownePlace Suites by Marriott Tecumseh Windsor. The role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks across two hotel properties, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the GM and Finance Manager.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and benefits processing.
• Prepare and manage invoices, financial documents and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive information.
• Coordinate scheduling, correspondence and travel arrangements.

Required profile

• Highly flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong problem‑identification skills and ability to influence decision‑makers.
• Organized, self‑motivated, customer‑oriented and capable of working both independently and in a team.
• Accurate, thorough and detail‑focused.
• Familiar with Outlook, Excel and able to learn additional financial or payroll software.
