Accounting Manager

About the role

The Klick Group is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions. The role will partner with Tax, Payroll, Production, Legal, PMO and external partners to ensure accurate reporting, timely payments and strong financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis and financial reporting for global entities.
• Prepare and maintain financial schedules, working capital updates, fixed‑asset and intangible‑asset registers, deferred revenue tracking and subsidiary consolidations.
• Manage intercompany accounting, support transfer‑pricing and tax‑related transactions, and handle legal accruals and audit documentation.
• Oversee payment processing, cash planning, corporate‑card reconciliations, payroll accounting and intercompany funding transactions.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline processes, improve documentation, support variance analysis and reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• CPA designation or active progress toward CPA with demonstrated application of accounting principles.
• 5+ years of experience in month‑end close, reconciliations, journal entries and accruals.
• Experience working with multiple entities, currencies and global accounting environments.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting and transfer‑pricing concepts.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, variance analysis and audit support.
• Ability to use AI‑enabled tools to improve accounting processes.
