About the role
Ubisoft’s Montreal studio is seeking a full‑time Accountant to join its Finance department. The role focuses on preparing financial statements for Canadian studios and supporting month‑end close activities.
Key responsibilities
- Record journal entries, expense reclassifications and accruals.
- Perform analyses and reconciliations on balance sheets and income statements.
- Participate in month‑end closing and produce monthly, half‑yearly and annual financial statements.
- Support head‑office reporting using Hyperion Financial Management and manage intercompany billing.
Required profile
- Degree or certificate in accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in French.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with large‑scale financial systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle or SAP.
- Knowledge of Hyperion (HFM).
