Accountant – Financial Reporting & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our finance team. You will play a key role in preparing financial reports, performing reconciliations, and supporting audit activities while collaborating with cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments.
• Perform monthly bank, balance‑sheet, and general‑ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist internal and external auditors by providing supporting documentation.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support financial operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/accounting software such as SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
