Account Manager (Strategy & Client Growth)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, growth‑minded Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive creative strategy, and turn transactional projects into predictable, long‑term monthly retainers. The role is remote and open to candidates in the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day client relationships, act as primary strategic advisor, lead monthly strategy check‑ins, performance reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, and translate paid social performance data (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) into high‑impact creative briefs.
• Own Net Revenue Retention targets, identify retention risks early, build expansion roadmaps, pitch scope upgrades and transition clients from pilot packages to rolling monthly retainers, and partner with internal Creative Strategists to sell creative iterations and remix bundles.
• Maintain high‑level visibility on project milestones via the project manager, ensure client expectations align with internal production realities without getting involved in daily execution weeds.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Account Management or Client Strategy experience at a performance marketing or UGC agency.
• Deep understanding of the paid social landscape, including Meta and TikTok ad mechanics, hook rates, hold rates, and performance levers.
• Proven track record of growing client accounts and closing retainer renewals.
• Exceptional written and spoken English with elite presentation skills.
