About the role
Organic Checkout is seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture client relationships and drive growth across SEO, AI‑driven search, and performance marketing initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of eCommerce, local business, and law firm clients, ensuring seamless execution of strategy and measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and communicate with a portfolio of SEO clients.
- Lead strategy calls and provide ongoing campaign updates.
- Coordinate with internal SEO, content, and development teams.
- Oversee deliverables such as Technical SEO, On‑page SEO, Local SEO, AI search visibility/GEO, Content strategy, and Reputation management.
- Build strong client relationships, retain accounts, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Keep projects organized and moving efficiently.
Required profile
- Experience in SEO, digital marketing, account management, or client success.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing.
- Experience with Local SEO is a major plus.
- Familiarity with AI search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT visibility, or GEO is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Self‑motivated and proactive.
