Account Manager – Sales (Beauty Industry)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive sales and expand the presence of a leading professional hair‑care brand in the salon market. You will work closely with salon owners, distributors and other beauty professionals, building lasting partnerships that fuel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of beauty industry accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with salons, distributors and other partners.
• Conduct client visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and account support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans and business development strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, hair‑care or professional salon sectors.
• Established relationships with distributors, salons or beauty‑industry professionals.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and driving revenue.
• Passion for the beauty industry and up‑to‑date knowledge of trends.
• Self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events; valid driver’s licence.
