Account Manager – Quebec Retail Partners

About the role

Dainty Foods is seeking a driven Account Manager based in Quebec to expand our presence with key retail partners. You will own the customer relationship, shape account strategy, and deliver profitable growth for one of Canada’s most trusted food brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Quebec Sales Director to manage and grow retail accounts across the province.
• Achieve sales, profit, and strategic growth targets through joint business plans and initiatives.
• Support pricing, promotion, and trade program negotiations.
• Analyze NielsenIQ/Circana and POS data to identify opportunities in assortment, pricing, promotion, and distribution.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to execute initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in CPG sales, account management, or category roles.
• Strong commercial mindset with solid P&L and trade understanding.
• Customer‑centric with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit thriving in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
