Account Manager – Ontario Region

About the role

Everguard is seeking an experienced Account Manager to grow its Ontario territory. You will build relationships with municipalities, industrial operators and commercial customers, delivering life‑safety solutions while representing trusted fire‑protection products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through leads, industry contacts and tender sites.
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships, identifying additional safety solutions.
• Collaborate with inside‑sales and technical teams to produce accurate, timely quotes.
• Visit customer sites to assess operational needs and recommend appropriate life‑safety products.
• Serve as the primary face of Everguard’s life‑safety offerings to municipal, industrial and commercial clients.
• Maintain opportunity and pipeline visibility using CRM tools.
• Stay current on municipal fire codes, industrial safety standards and regulatory changes.
• Participate in product training, supplier updates and certification programs.
• Represent Everguard at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B sales or account‑management experience, preferably in fire‑fighting, industrial or safety sectors.
• Proven success in generating new business while growing existing accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate activity in a CRM system.
• Self‑motivated to work independently in a territory‑based role while collaborating with internal teams.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout Ontario.
