Account Manager – Logistics & 3PL

About the role

Fuze Logistics Services, a next‑generation 3PL headquartered in Montreal, is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to nurture key client relationships and drive growth. You will act as the primary liaison for our customers, ensuring their freight transport needs are met with tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key accounts, understanding their logistics objectives.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with company goals to generate business growth.
• Schedule pick‑ups and deliveries, provide regular updates, and resolve any operational issues.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for additional services.
• Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to proactively address challenges.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, analysing daily operations for profitability.
• Review past sales activity to identify historic trends and forecast expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of account management experience, preferably in logistics or 3PL.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously, stay calm under pressure and manage time effectively.
