Account Manager

About the role

Highlight Motor Group is seeking a results‑driven Account Manager to generate new B2B business and deepen relationships with existing logistics clients across Canada and the USA. The role focuses on revenue growth through proactive sales activities, solution selling, and full‑cycle account management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new direct B2B opportunities through outbound outreach, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing prospects from prospecting to closing.
• Target mid‑size to large accounts that require over‑the‑road transportation and warehousing services.
• Present end‑to‑end logistics and 3PL solutions, including LTL, FTL, cross‑border, intermodal and flatbed services.
• Lead client conversations, conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored proposals.
• Develop pricing strategies, long‑term agreements and support RFP processes.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall volume growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline tracking and activity reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
