Account Manager I – Quebec East & Atlantic Canada

About the role

Leica Biosystems is seeking an Account Manager I to serve the Quebec East and Atlantic Canada region. Working remotely from Montreal, Quebec City, or Halifax, you will be the primary contact for customers and will drive sales of the full Leica Biosystems portfolio, which includes histology consumables, instrumentation, advanced staining solutions, digital pathology, and point‑of‑sale services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all customer interactions within the assigned territory.
• Sell the complete Leica Biosystems product range, covering consumables, instruments, and digital pathology solutions.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, profit targets, and market‑share objectives.
• Prepare and submit monthly revenue forecasts using Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate customer evaluations, installations, and training, leveraging specialist support as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline data in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented sales environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers in the life‑sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology sectors.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote setting.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM platform.
