Account Manager – Corporate Event Services

About the role
The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients using Naboo’s AI‑driven event concierge platform. You will help organisations book venues, catering, transportation and team‑building activities while ensuring a seamless, transparent experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients in the Montreal area.
- Coordinate bookings of venues, catering, transport and team‑building activities through the platform.
- Leverage Naboo’s AI automation to streamline administrative tasks and improve event execution.
- Ensure financial transparency and compliance for each client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and drive continuous improvement of the service.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B account management or sales, preferably within event services or related industries.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
