Account Executive – SaaS Sales for Beauty & Wellness

About the role

Fresha is seeking a driven Account Executive to join its commercial team in Vancouver. You will own the full sales cycle, helping beauty and wellness businesses grow by adopting Fresha’s AI‑powered operating system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, walk‑ins and inbound leads.
• Deliver tailored product demos that highlight platform value.
• Close deals quickly while ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
• Understand SMB pain points and position Fresha as a growth solution.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in the CRM.
• Provide market insights to refine messaging and product direction.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in SMB sales, business development or account executive roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong prospecting and closing abilities; comfortable owning the full sales cycle.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with small business owners.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
