Account Executive – Premium Sales

About the role

Vancouver Whitecaps FC is seeking a results‑driven Account Executive to sell premium hospitality experiences to members, fans and corporate partners. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing existing relationships and delivering memorable club experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and close new business opportunities for Whitecaps FC Premium Hospitality products.
• Maintain a robust pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, networking events and other lead‑generation tactics.
• Drive renewals, upselling and cross‑selling with current members and fans.
• Deliver sales presentations, tours and consultative support throughout the purchasing process.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Engage with members, fans and guests on match days and club events to build relationships and identify opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in sports, hospitality or premium services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and match days.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce or Archtics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
