Account Executive – Mid-Market Expansion (North America)

About the role

Deel is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth across the North American mid‑market segment. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts, delivering tailored solutions that showcase Deel’s all‑in‑one payroll and HR platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a designated list of prospective and existing accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and account expansion prospects.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
• Present customized solutions and clearly communicate Deel’s value proposition.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound lead management.

Required profile

• Proven ability to drive revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Strong understanding of client needs and experience presenting tailored SaaS solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and contract‑closing skills.
• Ability to manage a robust sales pipeline and meet quarterly targets.
