Account Executive – CounselLink

About the role

We are looking for a consultative sales professional to drive new‑business revenue for CounselLink, our Enterprise Legal Management solution, across corporate legal and legal‑operations teams in Canada. You will engage senior decision‑makers, showcase the value of our AI‑enabled LegalTech platform, and help clients achieve better outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve top‑line sales and revenue targets for CounselLink.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to generate pipeline and close high‑value opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signature.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations at all organizational levels and articulate ROI.
• Prepare solution‑oriented proposals with appropriate pricing.
• Track and report pipeline activity using Salesforce.com on a weekly basis.
• Represent the product portfolio at industry events, trade shows, and speaking engagements.
• Stay informed on market trends and adjust positioning to maintain competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 8 years of enterprise‑level sales experience, preferably in LegalTech, ELM or CLM.
• Proven ability to sell complex software solutions and manage negotiations.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time and territory effectively.
