Account Executive – Client Success & Operations

About the role

Insight Global is looking for an Account Executive to join its growing client‑success team. You will act as the subject‑matter expert on the platform and its compliance rules, delivering a seamless experience for executive‑level customers across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high‑value clients, handling inquiries via phone, in‑platform messaging, and email.
• Oversee the execution of campaigns and project deliverables in close partnership with the head‑office team.
• Identify and resolve complex client issues, ensuring escalated matters are addressed promptly.
• Guide internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on client expectations and operational processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and available onsite five days a week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Slack, Notion, Intercom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing multi‑channel communication (phone, email, chat).
• Ability to review branding assets, logos, and financial submissions with high attention to detail.
