Accommodation Services Manager

About the role

The Accommodation Services Manager oversees daily operations of Hôtel Le Concorde, ensuring a seamless guest experience and efficient front‑desk and housekeeping functions. Reporting to senior management, you will lead a team, implement policies, and drive service quality in a vibrant Québec hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations.
• Conduct performance reviews and training sessions for staff.
• Perform front‑desk duties, including check‑in, check‑out, and guest inquiries.
• Implement marketing activities to promote hotel services.
• Arrange and oversee maintenance activities to keep facilities in optimal condition.
• Enforce hotel policies, address customer complaints, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Manage events and coordinate working groups as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate (high school diploma).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality or accommodation services management.
• Flexibility and strong teamwork orientation.
• Proven ability to supervise working groups and lead staff.
