Academic Programs Coordinator – Faculty of Management

About the role

The Academic Programs Coordinator supports the Faculty of Management by overseeing the full lifecycle of recruitment, admission, and student experience for its graduate and undergraduate programs. This role ensures smooth operations, strategic marketing, and continuous improvement of program delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, evaluate, and manage recruitment, application, evaluation, and admission processes for all academic programs.
• Propose and implement strategic marketing and recruitment initiatives for existing and future non‑traditional programs.
• Advise students to promote academic success and optimize their overall experience.
• Create and maintain processes and systems to attract and retain domestic and international applicants, and track student progression.
• Administer awards, prizes, and maintain accurate student records and registration.
• Coordinate academic program scheduling, event planning, and related activities.
• Support the development of new programming and related initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience managing recruitment, admissions, and student services in a higher‑education setting.
• Ability to design and implement strategic marketing initiatives for academic programs.
• Strong organizational skills to handle scheduling, event planning, and record‑keeping.
• Capacity to work with diverse domestic and international student populations.
