3DEXPERIENCE Consultant – Digital Engineering & PLM

About the role

We are looking for a 3DEXPERIENCE Consultant to join Accenture’s Industry X practice, helping clients transform their engineering and manufacturing processes through digital solutions. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end PLM implementations, supporting change management, and ensuring successful adoption of Dassault Systèmes technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide domain expertise on complex 3DEXPERIENCE projects and participate in requirements gathering.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design functional specifications and lead specification workshops.
• Develop functional and integration test cases, conduct testing, and document configurations and architecture.
• Support business process design, organizational change management, training preparation, and end‑user training.
• Coach work‑stream teams, troubleshoot configuration issues, and deliver solution enhancements.
• Prepare progress reports, manage issues, and travel up to 80% of the time to client sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with 3DEXPERIENCE or other Dassault Systèmes products.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT systems for manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English for regular interaction with English‑speaking stakeholders across Canada.
