1st Service (Entry Level)

About the role

Salto is looking for an enthusiastic entry‑level professional to join its Montreal office as a 1st Service team member. You will support daily operations by handling data in the ERP system, managing Salesforce queues, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and review quotes, orders, shipments and invoices in the ERP system.
• Administer daily Salesforce and phone queue activities.
• Participate in supervisor, departmental and company‑wide meetings.
• Complete monthly learning modules and pass associated examinations.
• Maintain full‑time on‑site presence and adhere to office procedures.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desire to continuously expand knowledge and improve performance.

Required skills

• Experience with an ERP system.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
