Technical Delivery Specialist – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

The Technical Delivery Specialist will support the coordinated delivery, review, tracking and integration of technical deliverables for the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension (ECWE) project. Working in a complex design‑build / P3 environment, you will act as a key liaison between multidisciplinary engineering teams, design groups and construction partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, review, coordination, submission and close‑out of technical deliverables in line with contractual requirements and project specifications.
• Maintain document control processes, ensuring all technical documents are properly filed, versioned and accessible.
• Monitor design schedules and quality procedures to guarantee timely delivery of deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between technical disciplines, design teams and construction crews to resolve issues and align project objectives.
• Track and report on the status of technical deliverables, highlighting risks and proposing mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Experience working on large‑scale infrastructure projects, preferably within a design‑build or P3 framework.
• Familiarity with contract requirements, project specifications and quality assurance processes.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interfacing with multidisciplinary teams.
