Systems Administrator – EPIC & Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

SJHH is seeking a Systems Administrator to join its Certified EPIC Systems Administration team. The role involves managing EPIC servers and a broad range of infrastructure services across Windows and Linux environments, supporting clinical, business, and scientific applications.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, deploy, maintain, and support EPIC servers and related infrastructure.
• Provide Linux and Active Directory support, including Azure administration.
• Plan, implement, and support systems on Microsoft and Linux platforms, covering clinical systems and core infrastructure.
• Propose and apply hardware and software enhancements following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and end‑users to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Create and maintain support documentation and train staff on system usage.
• Establish and test disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred or a related community‑college diploma.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems administration.
• Proven competence with the technologies listed in the required skills section.
