Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports Integrated Project Services (IPS) by ensuring that materials, equipment, and subcontractor inputs are organized, tracked, and aligned with project and program requirements. Working under the Supply Chain Manager, the role bridges vendors, internal teams, and project schedules to maintain execution readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Request for Quotations (RFQs), collect vendor pricing, and assist in preparing estimate documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact between vendors, IPS, and project teams for pricing requests, clarifications, and delivery updates.
• Support regional MSA program coordination, including pricing consistency, capacity tracking, and recurring procurement activities.
• Execute procurement requests, create purchase orders, and maintain procurement documentation.
• Track material deliveries, subcontractor readiness, and expediting activities to align with field execution plans.
• Maintain accurate supply‑chain records such as vendor information, pricing data, and procurement logs for reporting and oversight.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Experience supporting estimating, pre‑construction, or procurement functions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining documentation and tracking data.
