Supply Chain Analytics & Planner

About the role

This position sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, analytics, and cross‑functional execution, supporting the global flow of critical equipment across complex business environments in Canada. You will help align planning, sourcing, and finance teams to secure funding, optimise execution, and improve delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive alignment across Planning, Sourcing, and Finance to secure funding and support global operational requirements.
• Own and manage systems and workflows related to order execution, change orders, and invoicing processes.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and improve tools, automation, and process efficiencies.
• Lead supply chain reporting and analytics, tracking on‑time delivery, supplier commitments, and PO execution.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for process optimisation.
• Collaborate with Sourcing teams to maintain accurate product catalogs, pricing, and lead‑time data.
• Support solution design, testing, change management, and rollout of new tools and process improvements.
• Influence stakeholders across functions to ensure effective execution of supply chain strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management or related operational roles.
• Strong analytical background with experience in data‑driven or performance‑focused roles.
• Proven track record of improving business processes and operational workflows.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
