Store Manager – Retail Lingerie & Swimwear

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead one of our La Vie en Rose locations. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring visual standards, inventory accuracy, and compliance with corporate policies.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed store revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and coach a high‑performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement initiatives to improve profitability.
• Schedule staff based on traffic patterns and performance metrics.
• Maintain strong communication with the regional sales manager, providing updates on store performance and challenges.
