Station Field Coordinator

About the role

The Station Field Coordinator will oversee on‑site engineering activities for the construction of transit stations, ensuring that all work aligns with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. This position works closely with project managers, site superintendents, contractors and other stakeholders to deliver station projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on‑site engineering tasks for station construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.
• Address and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve on‑site design challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and compliance reports.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress updates and reports.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License (G or G2).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle extended hours when needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
• Experience with site inspection and reporting procedures.
