Spare Parts Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

As our Spare Parts Warehouse Coordinator, you will support the day‑to‑day operation of our Mississauga spare parts warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and inspection of parts, equipment, and tools, alongside inventory management and cycle counts. You will use both manual and digital systems to label and record shipments, review bills of lading for accuracy, and coordinate outbound shipments, and may also operate a forklift to safely sort materials.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shipping, receiving, and inspection of spare parts, equipment, and tools.
• Perform inventory management tasks and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Label and record shipments using manual and digital systems.
• Review bills of lading for accuracy and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Operate a forklift to sort materials and handle equipment safely.
• Prioritize daily deliverables and meet courier cut‑off times.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal branch teams and customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of warehouse and inventory experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating a warehouse operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification and ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Willingness to learn elevator and escalator product knowledge.
