Skilled Labourer with Level 2 First Aid Certification

About the Position

Join RJS Construction Ltd., a people-centric construction leader specializing in large-scale institutional, commercial, and light industrial projects across British Columbia. We are currently seeking a dedicated Skilled Labourer to play a key role in a major four-story building renovation project in the Vancouver area.

Main Missions

• Provide essential support to carpenters and various other skilled trades on-site.
• Assist with site setup, material handling, and general site organization to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform demolition tasks and provide basic carpentry and framing assistance.
• Maintain site cleanliness and ensure all work areas are safe and organized.
• Act as the designated Level 2 First Aid responder to ensure team safety and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to meet project milestones.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a skilled labourer in a construction environment.
• Must hold a valid Level 2 First Aid certification (mandatory).
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in a dynamic setting.
• A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
