Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the Role

Join a dynamic and growing team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, where you will play a pivotal role in the delivery, maintenance, and support of our enterprise ServiceNow application. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive innovation and ensure the stability of our digital ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including workflows, Service Portal, Service Catalog, client scripts, and business rules.
• Translate complex business objectives into technical system requirements and draft detailed functional specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement advanced reporting and interactive dashboards.
• Manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow updates, ensuring all customizations are tested and maintained during platform upgrades.
• Provide high-quality technical documentation and Level 1 user support to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive new project initiatives while maintaining the stability of existing deployed modules.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record with over 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar enterprise application role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in help-desk or technical support environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote setting within a collaborative team.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow core functionalities (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB, Knowledge Management).
• Strong proficiency in ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
• Advanced scripting and workflow automation capabilities.
• Technical documentation and reporting expertise.
