About the role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to lead revenue growth for our national Expo and partnership business. This fully remote position offers meaningful earning potential and the chance to shape Canada’s fastest‑growing education community in medical aesthetics.
Key responsibilities
- Drive exhibitor sales, sponsorship packages, and strategic partnerships for CAMA Expo.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinics, brands, and industry stakeholders across Canada.
- Manage and grow a national pipeline through consultative outreach and virtual presentations.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets in a performance‑driven environment.
- Collaborate with marketing to convert high‑quality leads into long‑term partners.
- Track performance and forecast sales using CRM systems.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in sales, sponsorship sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Strong virtual communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working fully remote.
- Experience in events, healthcare, education, or aesthetics is a strong asset.

What we offer
- Base salary $55,000–$65,000 CAD.
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of $100,000+ CAD.
