Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction

About the role

Rayner Construction Services is expanding its commercial construction footprint in the Vancouver Lower Mainland. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multi‑million‑dollar projects, shape client experiences, and build strong relationships with consultants and trades.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects valued from $100K to $10M from pre‑construction through close‑out.
• Maintain full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, identify and mitigate risks early.
• Ensure strong financial controls, clear communication, and high‑standard execution.
• Contribute to market strategy, pursuit decisions, and mentorship of a growing local project team.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects of similar size and complexity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality while maintaining safety standards.
• Strong leadership and professional communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across British Columbia as project needs dictate.
