Senior Project Management Office (PMO) Manager

About the Position

Join Beam Radiology, a leading community-based medical imaging organization in Calgary, as a Senior PMO Manager. You will play a pivotal role within our Operations and Research team, acting as a strategic partner to the executive leadership to drive organizational excellence and innovation.

Main Missions

• Establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO), defining frameworks, standards, tools, and best practices.
• Coordinate and govern a diverse portfolio of organizational projects to ensure alignment with strategic and revenue objectives.
• Strengthen operational execution by overseeing project lifecycles, including budget management, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
• Support research and innovation initiatives, specifically supervising SR&ED (Scientific Research & Experimental Development) activities to ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with physicians, researchers, finance, and operational leads to deliver measurable value and ROI.
• Provide executive reporting on portfolio performance, risk exposure, and strategic impact.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in a Senior PMO or Project Management leadership role, ideally within a complex or regulated environment.
• Strong ability to act as a strategic partner to executive management and multidisciplinary stakeholders (medical, finance, operations).
• Demonstrated expertise in setting up PMO structures and governance models.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on ROI and value delivery.
• High level of organizational skills and ability to manage complex, high-stakes projects.
