Senior Product Manager, Compass Platform

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead data quality and feature development for the Compass Platform, a centralized repository of de‑identified healthcare claims data. In this role you will own the productization of data enrichment, cleanup, and delivery capabilities that drive value for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver product features from concept to release, authoring detailed specifications and managing Jira stories.
• Develop and maintain tools to measure, clean, enrich, and monitor data quality across billions of records.
• Own the roadmap for data‑quality improvements, prioritize projects, and coordinate backlog grooming with engineering.
• Collaborate with Health Data, Onboarding, Engineering, QA, and analytics teams to identify gaps and implement solutions.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on product management, technical services, engineering, or analytics experience.
• Proven experience working with prescription and medical claims data and large‑scale data systems.
• Strong ability to investigate data issues, define requirements, and drive cross‑functional delivery.
