Senior Producer, Creative Services

About the role

Holt Renfrew is seeking a Senior Producer, Creative Services to lead end‑to‑end editorial photography and video productions. The role combines creative vision with logistical precision, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the DVP of Creative, Art Director and marketing teams to define scope, concept and deliverables for print and digital photography and video projects.
• Develop and own production schedules, timelines and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Source, negotiate and manage freelance crews, talent, models, equipment, studios, locations, permits and other vendors.
• Oversee creation of production documents such as call sheets, shot lists and budgets, and manage invoice approval and expense reconciliation.
• Lead on‑set operations, ensuring smooth logistics, health and safety compliance, and proper handling of merchandise and props.
• Supervise post‑production workflows, including retouching, video editing feedback and final asset delivery.
• Coordinate archiving and distribution of content to marketing, web and editorial stakeholders.
• Direct and mentor the Coordinator, Production & Photo Studio, delegating tasks and fostering professional growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading full‑cycle editorial photography and video productions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong project management, budgeting and vendor negotiation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot on‑set issues and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Bloor Street West office in Toronto and accommodate extended hours on production days.
