Senior Principal, Performance Strategy

About the role

This is a full-time, senior-level Senior Principal position within Accenture's Partners in Performance team, a global management consulting firm focused on human performance. The role provides overall, on-site team leadership, usually across multiple teams on a single site, and works alongside client partners to make change happen. It is open to multiple locations in British Columbia, Ontario and New Brunswick.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall, on-site team leadership, typically across several teams on one site.
• Support and coach client Business Improvement leaders and managers, ensuring consistency and that improvements are embedded.
• Measure success through the sustainability of results.
• Act as an inspiring development leader and mentor, with development supported by a Development Leader and a Capability Management Team.
• Maintain a generalist portfolio of engagements, working in both CBD offices and remote industrial sites.

Required profile

• 10+ years of blue-chip, generalist consulting experience in a T1 consulting firm.
• Undergraduate degree.
• English is required, as the role involves multi-national teams where English is the common language.
• Preferred: strong leadership and influence skills at C-level and operational management, logical reasoning and prioritization, experience delivering results-based engagements with lasting impact, and a passion for sustainable results.

What we offer

• Base pay range of $257,050 to $367,200 depending on location and experience.
