Senior Manager, Creator & Social

About the role

Wingstop Canada is launching a creator and influencer program to become a culturally relevant brand in the QSR space. As Senior Manager, Creator & Social you will design and own this program from the ground up, shaping strategy, partnerships, and measurement while working closely with the brand activation and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define Wingstop Canada’s creator strategy, partnership tiers, and integration with broader marketing initiatives.
• Establish repeatable processes, tools, and criteria to scale the program as the brand expands into Alberta.
• Own program budgeting, forecasting spend, allocating resources across always‑on and tentpole activities, and reporting ROI.
• Develop a measurement framework to track performance, set benchmarks, and inform future decisions.
• Identify and recruit on‑brand micro and mid‑tier creators, artists, and DJs across music, sports, fashion, food, and internet culture.
• Manage end‑to‑end creator relationships, including outreach, briefings, negotiations, contracts, product seeding, logistics, and content approvals.
• Ensure brand safety by vetting partners, setting standards, and handling issues promptly.
• Lead paid creator strategy, including whitelisting and integration with paid social media efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience building influencer or creator programs, preferably in a fast‑moving consumer brand.
• Comfort operating with limited budgets and a focus on proving ROI before scaling.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with brand, marketing, and operations teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for fostering long‑term creator partnerships.
